Talking 2013 VS 2014 1LE

Hi Guys,
I see many opinions of who likes the '13 and who likes the '14. I wold prefer the front of the '14 with the back of the '13 1LE, but that is not possible. Just for fun, lets do a poll.

I bought a 2013 but would opt for the 2014 solely for the Recaro seat option. The 1LE is a road course car, it needs those seats!

From a styling perspective, a strongly prefer the 2013 hood, I'm not digging the 2014's. Also prefer the rear of the 2013, but the front of the 2014 is bad ass.

On balance I'd take a 2013 for style, a 2014 for function (seats).

You can't lose either way- like fine wine, both vintages are fantastic

You should do this poll in 2 years. You're not going to get many votes for the 2014 right now, except mine.

I like both years, they are both sweet cars. I would be happy to have either year.
But I prefer the front end and hood on the 14, and of course the Recaros help too. I know most people seem to not like the rear on the 14s but I dig it.

Shouldve added a "both" option on the poll. I love them both! I'd take any one.

I wish more people that don't particularly like the 2014 refresh would state it like you have here. I see way to much disrespect over the 2014's and I think its getting out of hand. There is a right way to do it like you have and then there is apparently everyone else. As a new guy here that joined specifically after deciding to purchase a 2014 1LE I gota say its offputting. Thanks for being classy about it Orange Crush 1LE.

BTW loved your write up on your first track day can't wait till I can go out and do the same. Those were some pretty slick photos as well.

Yes but in 2 years when everyone is bitching about the new 2016's and how horrible they are compared to the sacred 2014/2015's we can bust this out and have a laugh.

I like both the '13 and the '14. But at this present moment I am going to go with the rear of the '13 being the tie-breaker. The refresh of the '14 front grill is killer.

I love the '14 and the taillights remind me of a 69 camaro dont see why everyone is hating on them. the hood is the best part IMO.

I think the 2014 front is both more aggressive and aerodynamic. I also like the 2014 1LE front splitter more. I do prefer the 2010-13 hood (especially the ZL1's) and the 2010-13 rear, however I do like the 2014 trunk lid and Z/28 rear spoiler. I have some ideas on taming the 2014 rear. In the end I prefer the 2014.

They would look much more like the 69's had they not wrapped them onto the Q-Panel. The 69' had a flat panel rear like the 2010-13.

I prefer the 14's front and the 13's rear, but decided to purchase the 14. Both are very nice.

I like both. Looking forward to seeing the 2014s here and especially Recaros.
