Sorry guys I haven't been able to access the site most of the day :-/ I'm not sure of the brand. The side louvers are defenderworx. It mounts by 4 plates that hook over the glass and attach via 3m double sided tape which I'll include. I don't have the original box but I have the box I received it in still.
