Sat in Recaros at SEMA - Surprisingly Comfy!

My past experience with Recaros is, while they are supportive, they are hard. I got a chance to try them out at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas in the Camaros, and was really surprised at how comfortable they were. These were the first Recaros I have sat in which were not hard. They may have had a bit more lumbar than I like, but would have to drive in them for a while to be sure. They also have a lot of lateral support, including the bottom cushion, yet the side bolsters weren't hard either. They are worth considering for anyone doing hard cornering.

I sat in them at my local dealer, and if you are a bigger person, they are a bit narrow. It is not a seat that I would want to be in for any period of time, even just a track day. For narrower people, I think they would be great.

Having them in 2 of my other cars I can agree, I can tell whem I put a couple of pounds on the fit is a little tighter, lol, but I can cruise in them ALL day long and not get sore or aches and pains.
Glad to see that they will be an option now!!!

I sat in some at fest and agree with how comfortable they are. However, I am a 36 waist and feel that they would start getting tight if I were any bigger.

Hmmm, I didn't think of it before, the size limitation might affect resale value at some point.

I wonder if spending the extra cash on SS might not be a great thing after all?
