So, I just completed similar work on my 2023 ZL1. I didn't want to go CAT less, as I'm not sure how much benefit there is by doing so. I installed CSP Long Tube Headers, Ultra Flow CATs, and the 3" Stainless Works exhaust / X-Pipe and the Corsa NPP exhaust (had to use an exhaust pipe expander at a few connections). Even modify the Stainless Works pipes and cut them to length so they connect to the CATs. The Halo tunnel brace worked great for me, and all my exhaust is nice and tight up where it belongs. Also talk about how it sounds !!! LIKE A BEAST !

It isn't that much of a difference from what I can tell.

Did you wind up ditching the speed engineering x pipe and go with stainless works instead?

Thanks for the reply. Well, it'll give me something to do on the car without voiding the warranty like an intake manifold/cam/supercharger/tune. I love the car, the NPP, the current power, but I love making the car more personal. I've always said "I'm keeping this car forever", but after having 18 vehicles in 27 years of driving, I just don't know if that's EVER possible. BUT, this car is the closest to me doing that. I just had a guy stop me in the parking lot and asked to take a picture. We then talked for 15 minutes and then he started walking away. I started the car and he stopped mid-stride and asked if he could take a video. I revved it a little and then got it sideways a little leaving the lot.

So this car is awesome. Adding a little sound is what I'm looking for. I really want to just add a procharger and then that would be it. I had a s/c on my v6 Challenger years ago FOR years and loved it. As in, that satisfied my "gotta improve it bug", but had to trade it in because my wife's vehicle took a dump.

Thanks again

OMG!!! I meant "Street Engineering" not "Stainless Works" !!! Sorry about that slip up, the long tube headers are made for CSP by Stainless Works, I simply confused myself. My apology!

I'm a little late to this game, but how is everyone's secondary cat delete holding up? I have a borla atak on mines (it didn't come with a secondary cat delete). I've been contemplating taking mines to a muffler shop, cutting the cats behind the sensors and welding in 2.75" to 3" 304 Stainless steel pipes in place. Not looking for more than a slightly louder idle.

Working fine. Multiple track days no trouble
