The Camaro, as a front-engined, RWD muscle coupe / sports coupe is gone. Perhaps forever.
They can call the best hybrid/electric/whatever SUV in the world a "Camaro", but it's just not the same. Just like Ford and the Mustang Mach E, it's a great vehicle, but a Mustang it is not. A Camaro e/SUV is not the car I spent most of my high school years drawing on my notes in class, nor is the car I pined for as an adult, trying integrate my more youthful days of owning a fun car. |
