Sweet!

I'm piecing together everything now.

Were all the fittings nominal 1/2" size as well?

I already have the concrete/sealant (purple color) at home, and just need the PVC, adapters, etc.

niceee!! yup all 1/2 pvc fittings except of course the adapter for the hose...were you able to understand the adapter list?

and thats awesome! without needing to buy the primer or cement it should run like 15 bucks at most depending on where you live... also you wont need a full 10 foot pvc pipe (7 or 8 feet should do) so thatll save money too!

Let me know how you make out!

Still working on piecing the adapters together.

Was it socket x socket, FNPT x Socket or Socket vs. NPT?

Typically, you go one size above the tubing right? So, in this case, 1/2" PVC and 3/4" fittings/adapters?

This will be pretty awesome. Appreciate you making this thread and taking the time to explain things!

of course man glad i am able to help. and yeah exactly 1/2" screw female PVC adapter to 1/2 pvc female adapter that goes from the pvc 4 inch piece. Then what attachs to the "flex hose adapter" is a brass 3/4" female to 1/2" male adapter.

Hey luke,

Haven't had a chance yet. Weather's been bit crappy and between work and helping my buddy install flooring on the weekends, not much personal time.

Probably going to give it a shot in the coming weeks and I'll report back.

yeah that's what people usually do but I along with a lot of other people like to hand wash their cars as personally i think it comes out better and saves money plus the undercarriage wash at the carwash is at least 5-10 bucks extra per wash and if your like me, I wash my car every week that's 20-40 bucks extra a month.. this solution will only run you 15 bucks give or take a few depending on location and what store you go to and you have it forever and can do it as often as you'd like

Ha! Just getting under your skin. No harm. I catch hell from friends and here for taking it to the car wash. Anytime I can poke the beast and get a reaction....I do.
