Continental Tire, exact sizes for ZL1

http://www.continentaltire.com/produ...535zr20-104y/?
Decided not to wait for Michelin P4S in our size.
They have our front and rear OEM sizes. Tires look great, ordered yesterday. Less expensive than MPSS by about $200. 5 year newer design. Now I get to wait for the snow to stop to put them on.

A few miles amazing grip

Only a few hundred miles on them all in 50 degree weather. What great tires! Smooth ride. Quiet and most of all they grab like crazy. The GY tires were so slick. If these work this well in mid to low 50 temps I cant wait for summer time. Well worth the price. Changed the feel of the whole car. My only mod is an air intake, but these feel sticky enough to handle much more hp.

Anybody interested in the old GY tires they have only 5600 miles on them. Local pickup only first $350 takes them! PM if interested.

Just remember the tire is not rated for HP, their rated for speed...

I think these are a great option for a street tire.

These tires look real good but they are "Max Performance Summer Tires" Here is a quote from their description below.

Like all summer tires, the ExtremeContact Sport is not intended to be serviced, stored nor driven in near- and below-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice.

If you want to drive in the snow you should get their Extreme Contact DW 06 tires. I have a set I use on my car for Fall, Winter, and Spring. I don't drive in the snow but i drive whenever the roads are clean and dry.

Need to replace my factory front goodyears, looking at these.
Do they throw rocks like the stock GYears do?
Also, did you replace all 4?
I have the Pilot SS in the rear now, what a difference in cooler temps!

Every summer tire I've driven on threw rocks, unfortunately that's one of the side effects. It it's sticky enough to work well it's sticky enough to pick up stuff on the road.

Debris

To answer some of the questions, yes I put on all four. They pick up a little debris, but I don't think as much as the Goodyears. They do remind me a lot of pss. I had those on my old Z as in 370z. Great tires. I think these handle just as nicely, a bit quieter. Fantastic grip and good looking. I will try and get some pics up. Sizes are exact, so not much difference from stock. They do offer the plus sizes though 295 and 315 I believe. Love the tires, copy of pss without the price.

How do you like them? What tire are they replacing and how do they compare?

Conti

They are great tires. Replaced factory Goodyear. Very little wheel slip from a stop pretty amazing grip actually. Ride is alright as well. Remind me of my old Michelin pilot super sports from my 370Z.
