Does this seem over priced?

I bought a replacement driver side fender, getting it painted black. The body shop is wanting to charge me $375 to paint it and to put it on.

Sounds about right, however if you want to put it on yourself youll save a good $150 or so.

Yep...sounds about right. I was looking to paint a hood and was looking at 375 from the dealer, and 4-500 from shops in town.
