Trying to save money.

Man oh man is this tough. I filled her up yesterday and have been driving I guess how normal people drive. Been getting 19.6 MPG out of her around town.

But dang it is boring, getting 14.5 to 15.5 is alot more fun. Don't know how long I can hang on driving it like a normal person.

I know what you mean... even with my V6, I've yet to go a whole tankfull without romping on the pedal a couple times. I really WANT to drive normal, but it's just so tempting.

I drive it like I ride my MC, 'cept I don't lane share.
In fact, I call it my 4 wheeled Motorcycle.
If I want to go for a 'relaxed' ride, I let my wife drive.

I don't ever check my fuel mileage in my Camaro, I have my Jeep for the gas mileage.

I get 10-11 mpg in my SS 100% city driving. It drives me crazy driving this thing slowly.

I have been averaging around 19 but that dropped to around 15 since I added MGW quick shifter..... I am just having too much fun playing tunes on the gearbox now !
I guess I better get back to more sensible driving mode - but heck its fun !

Those of you getting good gas mileage: What octane are you using?
