Are you close to deciding on a date yet? My department has a meeting next week to do our wekeend coverage for May, June and July- and I was hoping which weekend to not pick to work

Last year people started showing up well before noon and extended into the late afternoon. Last year was my first time. Cooking the food does not really get going until around noon or so.
