I am 52 and I just got a 17 1SS, I did have a 10 1LT which I traded it for a RAM 2500 TD (and still have), and I still get told that it's a mid life crisis thing, I just tell them " if you want one, go get one, so now I have 2 vehicles that haul, one is to haul my 20ft goose neck and the other is to HAUL ASS....

I am 63. Oh the money I have wasted on cars. Well is it really wasted? Without those cars, my life would have been so much duller.
There has been a very long list of cars. My first car was a '67 Mustang with a 289. I had 3 F-bodies, all 4th Gen Firebirds, in a row. All were Formulas with 6 speeds. The last was a 2000 SLP Firehawk #509. I had a weakness for British cars that exists till this day. Yes, I have all of the stories of won't start, oil leaks and stranded, including stranded in the county seat of a dry county in Arkansas with a TR8 convertible that wouldn't start ... wait for it ... on my Honeymoon. I am looking forward to my next set of track days. September 9-10 at NOLA Motorsports Park. Just one more set in October and then I am done for this year. Barber and Sebring are on the dance card for next year.
