It looks like the paint is coming off or they are scratched up in the pictures.

I don't think the paint should be a bug deal if you're looking to keep them black. You can just strip the paint then plastidip them fairly easy.

I guess the right thing would be to get a guarantee...now the issue would be settled...it looks like the paint is coming off...and if you used plastic coat paint....well I guess no doubt it wasn't painted professionally....what do you want?...chicken poop...or chicken salad??...I prefer chicken salad!!

Reducing the price is not required. If you have an issue with the paint at this price, just repaint yourself. The paint that came on mine oxidized within a couple of months, so I went to my local automotive paint and equipment supply and bought some automotive trim paint in semi-gloss in a spray can. Sanded the vents a little and repainted. They look new and the paint is higher quality which should last longer.

Look Ive been down the road before...getting cheap ass paint is not the way to go...get a decent painter and get good paint job on the parts and then spray them with a clear coat with a little hardener/flatener. IS YOUR CAR WORTH 4 BUCKS OR A 200 BUCKS TO DO IT RIGHT...LIKE JAKE SAYS 315 THEIR SITE??..."DUDE" WAKE UP AND DROP THE PRICE...SOMEONE IS GOING TO INVEST HARD EARNED MONEY TO GET THEM RIGHT...CUT UM A BREAK!!

Ya I just realized they are new $315...

IMO I'd think somewhere around or below $200 is where it will have to go for. Most parts on here are about 50% when used.

LOL listen fellas. These are brand new never installed. I bought them unpainted, and then had them painted. I decided to not use them, so I'm putting them up for sale. You're getting a brand new set of hex vents that are painted, and there's no issues with the paint. It's called reflection. I'm not lowering the price. You can buy new unpainted hex vents for the same price or you can buy painted ones for the same price. It's your call.

I'm still laughing at all the pro photographers on this site.
