^ LOL That would be awkward!

Maybe I'm just different and don't care about things too much, especially if they're not mine. If someone wants to beat up their car with a hammer, I'll grab a drink and watch te show!

I'm no driving expert or crash expert, but I don't lack too much common sense, and well..if you're driving faster than 5-10 mph in a parking lot and people may be backing out, and you actually hit someone...don't try to blame the person backing out.
Here in Texas, the law is the person who is backing out gets hit, they are at fault for "failure to give right of way"

my wife got this backing out of a parking spot and someone came through and hit her, even though the person was travelling way too fast the police told her it was her fault

That's exactly how my father in law parks! If it was yellow I would have thought it was his Camaro.

Maybe he'll blame the dealership for not telling him about the height of curbs

Wouldn't that cause everyone to wheel shopping carts between cars to get to their trunk or pitch 2x4s over your roof to get them in the pickup?

If you can't carry groceries around you car and put them in the back of the trunk, you probably won't be able to fit into a Camaro. Take the extra 8 steps to be 100 times less likely to get into an accident. I doubt you're loading 2x4's at Home Depot more than once every other year. If it's that tough, do it in the contractor bay. That's why it's there.

I don't care how other people treat their cars. All I know is that I personally keep my stuff in pristine condition so that if and when I decide to sell, I'll get a maximum return on my investment. I do that with my vehicles, electronics, phones...you name it.

Would you spend $12,000 to put new carpeting down in your house and then tell your family and friends to wear their muddy boots through your living room? I worked too hard for my money. Hitting curbs and running my car into shrubbery doesn't do anything for me. If I put out my hard earned cash for something, it's going to get taken care of.

Learn to back out.....it's really not that hard. Crazy, but I have never had a parking lot accident. It must be magic! And get this, I do not look down on you for backing in! Crazy thing to look down on someone for, but I will teach you how to successfully back out if you want.
