Instructions on removing Side View Mirror?

I swear searching on this forum is like pulling teeth pure torture. If it has been posted I've been unable to find it. Google search generic and google search of this site has returned a few hits but no instructions or how to's really. If any cant point me in the right direction much appreciated.

There is a DIY thread in the Big DIY Index sticky at the top of this section that has a DIY on how to install AAC's side view mirrors. Lupe did it, so you know it's a good write up.

I actually just did this with stock mirrors, upgraded to heated. I am currently writing up the whole procedure with tons of pictures.

Here's how from a previous thread: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...ove+door+panel

2 tips: the plastic insert behind the door pull can be removed with a small flat screwdriver, and tie a string to your wiring harness plug when you pull it out to guide the new one back in easier.

If you have any questions not answered by the above, or you want a picture not shown, just ask...

The easiest way is to use a can opener and cut it out from the outside...

I remove mine twice a year, in October and in March... and put them back on in November and April....
