The Real Reason I'm Not Buying A New Camaro

I have a 2011 Black SS with a few customizations and was considering the 2014 -2015 model but after close review I just can't seem to get past the tail lights and the front grill.

Call me old fashion but all the previous models had class, definition and looked like a muscle car. Beefy Grill with the Bow-Tie and the tail lights made you feel like your were driven a piece of American Muscle.

The new Camaro looks like my wife designed it. Well it just looks weak.

I guess I better park my Camaro and stop running up the miles until they redesign it again.

Haha, I know! Believe it or not, I took one look in the newer Camaro's and saw no CD player and asked if it was a 6 disk and they said it didn't have one and I walked out!

I was so turned off by the tail lights I forgot to look at the radio. LOL....dagnabbit

Did they shave a bit of the quarter panel? It looks thinner too.

It does look like it, I'm not too sure. I'm all about the interior since I spend majority of the time while the car is in motion, inside the car that I forgot to look at the exterior too much.

I prefer the 10-13 because I own one. No other argument there. I sell 14's right now for a living....... So I am partial. hahaha I appreciate GM keeping the line fresh, but I really don't care for that flat black plastic halfway down the rear bumper now. That's my only gripe.

Not this again... to me the '14 tail lights are closer to the original Gen I design. I think the RS taillights are sweet. I can hardly tell the difference between front ends.

I hear ya on the black plastic on the rear bumper... that is awful. If I'd have gotten a '14, that would go or get painted.... or upgraded to the painted Z/28 part.

I'm guessing the upgraded Mylink has no CD player. My '13 is the same way.

Believe me you won't miss your CD player if you use Pandora on the Mylink system... it's awesome.
