Please to say that our nightmare 2011 2SS Convertible has gone back to it's origins. Effective this afternoon. Huge stress relief knowing it is finally over after 11 months, 4 tops, 6 visits for brake failure, massive leaking, mold, body paint peeling, wheel paint peeling, and property damage associated with shoddy workmanship, etc..... It's over.

Lesson learned, never again. To all of you with these problems keep up the fight and don't give up. I took mine all the way to the courthouse steps.

Also while walking around the dealer lot, came across a brand new 2012 with an obvious top problem. I see NOTHING has changed....

Oh, and "Brandon" I got a picture of the VIN for your trolling pleasure.

That's the only problem I've had with my top so far. Took 2 visits to get it fixed!

Congrats Mr. Catcuseater, you sure have gone the distance! If mine ever gives me 1/2 the issues yours did, I will merely print out the thread of yours and present it to the dealer. Then I will somehow find you and buy you an adult drink of your choice!

It's really sad. I have zero faith in the Camaro convertible and I've never even owned one. My fathers neighbor got a 45th SS vert. I was gonna tell him about Camaro5 but then I decided I better not. I'd rather wait and see if he has issues (which I'm fairly sure he will) before I say anything and he starts freaking out. It's really unfortunate that with all the testing that they did and after all the "fixes" that they can't seem to nail it. Hope you're not gone from Camaro all together but if you are I understand. :(

Had to sign some papers at the dealer's today. Three 2013 Verts on the lot. No marks but all had the wave. Wonder how long before I stop looking at tops on cars every time I see one.
