I'm with Morph & Fenwick. I'm in the camp that thinks it will come in below $50K. Before the 2010 came out, I remember there was plenty of talk that the SS was going to be in the $40k range. I think most people were pleasantly surprised the SS started at $31.5k. I think we'll be surprised again in a good way. I don't think the Z28 will be very high $30s, but I think maybe $42-45k isn't too far off the mark.

It will not be an LS7 or LS9. Why is the LSA seemingly looked down upon in this thread? The CTS-V is ridiculously fast. Shed a little weight on the Z/28 and it will accelerate faster than a Grand Sport. Expect pricing to be within a few thousand of the GT500.

Part of me wonders if the engine specs taped to the dash are a bit of deliberate mis-information. If you know you're gonna be somewhere spy photogs can see you, why not do it to spread a little false information to the competition, especially if what you actually have is even better...

It looks like those mufflers are the dual mode ones from the Vettes.

Not sure what is more interesting... Posing the photos of the exciting new car, or posting copyright photos with alternate branding...
Interesting thread though - door numbers remind me of Corvette specialty cars |
