i actually got pulled over by 2 motorcycles and they said backup was already called cuz they thought i was gonna keep going lol

I used to drive a 2008 volvo S40 with tinted windows, never got pulled over, and had it for 3 years. Got my 2SS....victory red, I've had it a bit over a year, and I've received 3 tickets in less than 1 year. one of them for tinted windows, and the other ones for speeding. My driving style, habits, and routes didnt changed at all, just the car changed !!

4 times so far in my Sunrise Gold...

First week when I was on my way back from the technical control. Couldn't drive it on trader's plate without the trader being in the car...

Second time coming back from the Ministry of Traffic, on license plates from another car (legal for a limited period here if you inform the insurance that you sold the "old" car and bought a new one). Got a ticket because the car wasn't officially registered yet (which was the whole point of me driving it to the MoT). Had to call a tow truck to load the car onto and get me home (4 miles further).

Then twice after on the motorway, driving it to Luxemburg (twice same cop). Funny reaction when he saw the papers first time:

"thank you for stopping, if you'd have accelerated, I wouldn't have been able to follow, since you have more than double the hp as me" (180hp VW Passat diesel)

When he checked my papers, he noticed the mention of 517rwhp on it and looked at me saying "that's around 600 flywheel hp right? In that case, thanks a LOT!"

A month later I ran into the same guy and he pulled me over again... Just to check if I had registered it in Luxemburg already...

Got my first ticket ever in my 2013 LS yesterday. It's black and I was at a light and eased off the clutch and pulled away as usually when it turned green but decided to rev it out through the turn (bad habit of mine to not up shift while turning unless completely necessary) it had been raining on and off all day and when I got to the corner the back end scooted out and then the traction control kicked in. Thought nothing much of it got probably 500 feet away and then a cop come flying up from behind (thought I better move over for him, wait that might be for me) and sure enough it was. It was definitely a stupid move on my part but oh well. I wish the cop had cut me a little slack, 4 years of spotless driving never being pulled over once and he still gave me two tickets and plenty of attitude. I was of course polite but oh well. Lesson learned no more corners in first. I must say though ny his reaction you would've thought I launched from the light tires sqealin and drifted through the corner completely side ways

2012 CRT Silver stripes. Pulled over 4 times in first month. Havent been pulled over since and its been over a year since the last time.

The day after I had the headers installed my wife took the car, she was gone hardly 5 minutes and she called me to say she was pulled over. My first thought that it was for loud mufflers which really would have pissed me off because it is not loud at all. She was pulled over by the State Patrol for not have a front license plate on.

Pulled over twice-- two tickets.

I do get trailed a lot by the cops. No matter where I am in town, I have a cop pull out and follow me at least once a month. Just happened a couple days ago on my way to work. I guess they're waiting for me to do something that warrants a ticket.
