I had the get the passenger seat back fixed when it was new but I now have 7500 miles on it and no problems. I am happy with it.

I am thrilled with mine, on suggestion I would have is the radio volume knob, I feel like it should be flat but still be able to spin for volume. The reason why is everything feels good at a touch of a button, with one finger, but yet you need to use two fingers to turn the knob lol I know Im being nit picky but if you could just scroll the volume button with one finger that would be righteous, just my 2 cents....still a freaking awesome car

Love mine, little over 3,000 miles, no issues and it is by far the best car that I have ever owned (or driven in for that matter).

I just took delivery of mine last week and this is an awesome car. My lease was up on my 2013 2SS 1LE that had NPP, NAV and sunroof. This time around I went with a Mosaic black, 2SS with the A8, NPP, MRC and NAV. I loved to row my own gears but the traffic where I live was really preventing me from fully enjoying the manual gearbox. I also don't actually track the car. I have to say the A8 tranny is really sweet. My expectations were not real high for an auto transmission but this one is pretty awesome. It shifts super quick and I like the shift programming it has when you set it to track mode. It will hold the gears much longer.

The interior upgrade is night and day over my 2013. The HUD is sharper and in color with freakin G-Meter on it. The seats are softer and have AC in them, which is all I want in Florida. The Dash cluster is incredible, performance pages, digital gauges, more than and enthusiast could ask for.

I can go on and on and probably will as I get more seat time in this car.
Love the car so far, but I'll be honest... even with 455hp and 455trq I want more. The car has little issues... but overall really great car for the price.

I hear you Sledge. I think what happens is that the chassis is so good that you feel the car can handle more power. What I mean is the power it has is very controllable and the car is much more refined now so you don't necessarily get a high sense of speed it. You can drive 80MPH in this car and it feels like you are doing 55mph. My 1LE was heavy and you felt it but the suspension was to stiff it still handled like it was on rails.

This SS feels a lot more refined, not as raw if you know what I mean. It is great but you lose some of the rawness, which translate to a lower sense of speed. This is why you can get into 2300lb Miata and 50mph feels like 80mph.

The ZL1 should be a real hoot to drive around with all that torque instantly available off idle.

In my experience you can do the basic bolt-ons for your car and then tune it and you will probably pick up 50hp but I would not waste the money. To keep things simple I would just bolt on a quality supercharger with a pro tune and call it a day. I did the whole heads/cam/longtubes/tune on my C5 Z06 and it was fun but most of those mods just push the power higher up in the rpm band. That is great if you like to track the car but if you are just having fun with a daily driver for the street the low range torque from the super charger will provide the most fun.

We are very happy with ours! Especially since we got a new rear bumper yesterday to replace the one a lady scratched up when she backed into us a few weeks ago. Evidently two of the tabs were broken when the dealer removed the bumper, so no simple repainting job, got a whole new bumper instead. Happy to have it back safe in our garage!

For me, Bolt-ons will have to do. The amount of miles I drive doesn't warrant FI setups. I need 100% reliable car regardless of warranty offerings. Bolting on that type of power to a motor not built for it is asking for potential issues down the road. Bolt-ons somewhat avoid that and cost a lot less. Sure the power gains are worlds apart, but if I wanted a SC'ed Camaro I would trade in my 2SS for the ZL1.

I am going down the patch of bolt-ons to see what power gains I can get, but honestly for me it even more for the sound I can get out of the car. I am not going to be racing around the world. But I do want the car to sound damn good. Probably have to Cam it...

That bumper is a pain to swap out
