Blackfire / PBMG (Palm Beach Motoring Group)
I ordered the Professional Detailer's Bag from Blackfire. Fit exactly what I wanted and was excited when it arrived. It's been all downhill since.
I'll let my email directly to their customer service over a week ago tell the tale. Here it is: My wife ordered this for me in August. It arrived damaged. We contacted seller, and another arrived. It was damaged in the same manner. I want to support your company, however, this transaction has left me with the urge to stop buying your products (and anything else from PBMG) if I cannot get a resolution. I was hoping to hear something back regarding the packaging/shipping process for this item. How is it that I received 2 damaged bags and the only reply I got was "send us the bags back and we'll refund you" - nothing about being sorry for the bad experiences, nothing about investigating why your products are being shipped out damaged... After all that, I decided it was worth writing a critical review of the product based on my experience. Surprise! You didn't post my 1 star review....and neither did any place else I tried to post it. What gives? Do you only post 5 star reviews (I even tried leaving one of those to test this theory)? So is customer service at Blackfire/PBMG a real thing?
