Just tried ONR and worked great. Very easy.

I did notice when I got back from running in town the doors seemed to attract a lot of debris. More than I had after several trips before using ONR. I dried with a waffle weave and headed right out. Is there a time limit after use before you drive it?

Hello,

Looking to buy some good rinseless wash towels. Which would you recommend Autopiacarcare has 40% all microfiber products today. I cannot decide between the two. If anyone has any recommendations that would be great.

What is your car coated or sealed with? What rinseless do you use for maintenance?

I got a 13 yr that I pay 10 bucks to fully detailed my car. Teaches him work ethic. Missed a spot got back and make it right. Rather spend my money on him than some gimmicky soapy stuff

I kept meaning to get it coated and sealed this summer, but never did. So this is just with using Optimum (NR2010Q).

It was done shortly after I bought the car. I just never got around to having it done again last summer.

Any product that contains wax or a synthetic will cause water beading on paint.

Just because it beads up doesn't mean that it's protected against acidic things (bug splatter, bird bombs), or mineral deposits (calcium or lime from hard water, salt from roads). These things can cause etching in your clear coat.

The level of protection your LSP provides is far more important then how it beads up when wet.

I've read all the articles, threads, and watched the videos. I still don't trust it. If there is any grit or dust on the paint, I just don't see how plopping some wet towels on there and wiping won't rub swirls and scratches onto the paint. Even that guy with his method and juice says he doesn't care about swirls too much.

I do.

The same could be said for a wash mitt or a drying towel. A little piece of twig or grit in the microfiber you use for a 2 bucket wash will scratch swirls as fast as anything.
