That's a good question...

I know it's not your car and you had to be responsible. But, were you able to break the rear end loose? And if yes how did the car respond?
For our V6, the car was nimble. Steering felt like it had a little play in it...like it needed some stiffer radius bushings tossed in there to make it more responsive. THEN....we found the steering and handling selector programs in the radio. Yeah...no freaking kidding. You can actually change how the car handles and feels in a touring mode, sport mode, or automatic.

V6 speed feels sufficient for a person wanting good gas milage and who wants quickness, but not the price or lower gas mileage.

No...didn't break the rear end loose. Will try today with traction off.

6'3" and there's plenty more room for me to move back. But there goes the rear seat room COMPLETELY. Like seat to seat (literally). Tons of room, though. A little narrower, but not that noticeable.

TAG, I think I speak for everyone here when I say thanks a million. You have already answered a ton of our questions I could not be happier with my decision to purchase a 6th gen!

PS: How is the fit and finish of the car? Any rattles at all?

You have the 7" MyLink in there, right? You should have Android Auto already according to the GM presser from last month.

Also, I thought the LT rear diffusers were supposed to be unpainted to differentiate the rear from the SS trims? That one looks pretty glossy compared to the lower front grill.

p.s. Our 2015 Malibu came with the 4G LTE trial. Even on the highways in Florida that AT&T signal sucks. Heck, Sprint works on all the highways and their network is supposedly worse than AT&T's. I wish GM had partnered with Verizon or Tmobile instead. When you hit an AT&T LTE dead zone, the hotspot module doesn't drop down to a usable 3G signal. I suspect it is because AT&T 3G is just that poor, but it could be that the module doesn't have the radio support for anything except for LTE.

Don't mean to burst your bubble... But they are, in fact, in a 2LT. The 2LT comes with the 8-inch IO5 setup which does not have Andriod Auto as of now. Second on that, they have the IO6 system with navigation. Which as well, does not support Andriod Auto yet.

Edit: I'm sorry if I'm sounding like a dick. I'm not meaning to be.

Well then... along comes a special someone (Scott) who tells me to scroll through the radio options. No freaking way... You can actually control the engine/exhaust SOUND??? Touring, sport, etc? Are you freaking serious?!?! LOL. Like, who would have ever thought of doing something like that?!? Now...is the customer going to go and want to change that out? I'm not so sure I would!!! That was freaking SLICK!!!
You thought I was insane
