Great question... GM has been making announcements a few days prior to event placements for other showings. They really need to share when they are going to show the car more often with longer lead time.

I know I am dying to go sit in one to make sure I actually fit

They had it at the Laguna Seca Rolex Heritage Race a few weeks ago... was locked up and battery disconnected. They would not open it or start it up.

I am 6'5 andjust fit into my Camaro. The new 2016 may have gained a little legroom, but it lost headroom.

i took place in a Stang 2015 and fit very well and comfortable with 6.6.
Camaro 2014 was good too but not in the cabriolet because its windshield ends a bit to low and wind blows at my head

The C7 i drove was yeah uncomfortable to get in and out and knees bump at dashboard and headrest to low....but hey itīs a sports car, fitting like a cloth, good in high Gīs forces

At this point, after so many orders and excitement of others for this car, one opinion doesn't matter... If I in my wildest dreams was able to have sex with Jenna Jameson then after, have her tell me she was disappointed I would be greatly concerned.

Care to elaborate why it was disappointing? I would be interested in hearing something critical on the car from someone that has seen it.

It's just my opinion. Car don't look exciting to me at all.
It has no personality, if you ask me. It could have acura badges on it, and most people probably would buy it.

In my opinion GM did not change it enough and what they did exterior wise made it lame. Interior looks and feels good, way better than 5th gen.

C7 corvettes right next to it just blew that poor Camaro away.

Sorry, just my opinion...

I can see that. GM did set the bar extremely high with the C7. I can also see how someone might think that the 6th gen has less character than 5th gen.

GM softened a lot of the lines on the car, and I agree with your opinion that much more could and should have been done with the exterior. The C7 is evolutionary (to me), but it has a very distinct character and design from the C6.

GM made the C7 much edgier, and it has helped sales tremendously. I'm kinda scratching my head as to why they went the opposite way on the Camaro. The interior is edgy, but the exterior is really underwhelming me thus far.

When the car hits lots, I will decide whether to get a 1SS, 2SS, or just pony up for the C7. I really didn't want to spend more than $40k on my next car, but if I'm going to (which would be the case with either Camaro with options), then I surely don't want to settle.
