Well thats 10 to 15 over most "normal" stock numbers, so its perfect. For an auto, puts you right near 325 crank horsepower.

I had the opprtunity for two pulls on the Livernois portable dyno while at the Rodgers Chevrolet Camaro show. I was the first one on the dyno this morning. Working on loading up the video. I will get the dyno sheets on Monday and post them up that time.

Here is mine from back in Feb. I won a Dark Horse Trophy and shocked everyone including myself. Did not expect these numbers from a V6.
Mods are Airaid CAI and flowmaster axleback AT Exhaust. Manual Transmission.

Congrats on the trophy. Don't take this the wrong way, but something was wrong with the reading....HP is WAYYYY high and the TQ is high as well.

That does seem very high. Dynoing the car in the wrong gear? Those are SS numbers.

That look like crank numbers, not at the wheels. I know some dynos can calculate crank numbers through whp. Maybe that was the case here because we all know a V6 with no FI is not putting that type of number down to the rear LOL.

All I can tell you is that it was a dyno day at the Majestic Motorsports. They did about 30 or so cars of all makes and models. I paid my $50.00 waited my turn and that is what they came up with. All I did was stand by the side while they did 3 runs.

I don't doubt the fact that you are giving us what you got, but I'm telling you now with all respect that those numbers are not right by far if it's been calculated as wheel horse power. What I think happened was, the number has been converted to crank number given the drive train loss percentage. I believe super flow bench has the capability to do so. I hope this can clear up some answer, but I say call them and ask if you can come back and redo the dyno.

Mike.

The torque numbers look GREAT if you ask me...assuming those are accurate numbers thats well over 300lbs at the crank...but I was expecting more on the HP front....that number seems a bit off to me.

Oh wells...as always can't take dyno readings as gospel. Thanks for sharing!

I agree, HP seems a touch low and TQ seems a touch high. But for getting a couple pulls for charity it was worth the time to say I did it. More importantly for me is taking it to the track and having fun. I watch many of our club members put thier V8 up on the dyno and talk big numbers but have never been down the track either.
