ENGINE RUMBLE I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU CALL THIS ISSUE

so I gave my mom my '16 2ss and when I was warming it up the other day to move it to her garage I noticed when started and sitting at idle, the engine (bear with me I have no idea how to explain this) was almost giving this rumble with the timing. almost like a sonic boom kind of putter that matches with the loping once every couple of seconds that slightly shakes the car. ive never noticed it before, is anyone familiar with this??? I don't want it to cause any problems later down the road because I know she isn't the most tech savy with these machines to notice an issue. Help!

I will see if I can grab one when I stop by her house this week. I cant tell if it is because of the cold or what.

Happened to me the other day. Was idling after start-up, but went away. Haven't heard/felt it since. Felt this in my previous vehicle (Ford Explorer), too.
