New wheels for 1LT non-RS. Will these work?

I'm looking into some new wheels for my 2017 1LT Non-RS. I'm looking at the Motegi MR11688017735. The motegi's are 18x8 with a 5x120mm bolt pattern and a +35mm Offset. I only want to replace the wheels and have my stock tires remounted on them and balanced. Couple of inquiries. 1) Will the MR11688017735 fit the car? Tire rack says they will but Amazon says they won't. Confusing.
2) Will the stock tires fit these wheels?
3) What kind of lug nuts would I need?

Any help would be great. Typically not a wheel person, but I do like the red pinstriping on these Motegis.

Cheers.

Your factory wheel is a 18x8.5 32et with a 245/50/18 tire.
but the wheel your looking at is a 18x8 35et
if you do a calculation this means that the new wheels will sit 9mm more inside then the factory wheels. your car will look like it has spares on. if this is your only choice you may want to consider a minimum of 10mm spacers but then youll need longer studs
the cost of that labor you might as well look for another wheel model or atleast
a 18x8.5 wheel with a 20et -30et max off set

So when I looked up the factory tires, Goodyear eagle sport all Seasons, it says it recommends a wheel between 7.5-8.5" wide. I thought I'd split the difference.
The wheels did show they come with the lugs and concentric rings for spacing.
Hope it works out. Thanks for information.

lugs yes, hubcentric ring is just for the hub,
you will need spacers for sure or you will look like this guy on the driver side rear.
