spark plug tip on eletrode missing???

As title say small tip on the electrode is missing
it started idling rough so i pulled the plugs and 5 out of the 8 the tips where gone the car has 38,000 miles and about 1500 miles on cam and new tune do i need a cooler plug maybe?

With just a cam, don't really know why you'd need a colder plug. Stock should still work. That said, the plug color looks pretty good, and that reddish color is just from fuel additives. While they should have lasted longer than 30k miles, I would drop a new set of OEM's in there, and check them in a 1000 miles.

Do you run the hell out of it regularly?

mine had one that was missing a tip and was running rough at 45k

replace all those with new AC Delco 41-110 plugs

I should have bought a ZL1

Are the 41-110 recommended only for modded cars or will they work on stockers with just a tune, cai, and axle back

41-110 are the stock plugs. there is no need to change plug unless going forced induction or raising the compression ratio

i do not run it hard regularly but last saturday i did take 5 differnt familey members for a ride so i did run it hard 5 differnt times but not in a row there was 20 mim between runs

5 hard runs didn't do that to your plugs. Just replace all of them and monitor. I would pull a few out every 5K-7K miles just to see how they are burning.

New 41-110 plugs installed and runs fine now i will monitor them in 500 miles and see what they look like
