Man, that sounds like a rough day all around, with your pup's accident and the broken leg. I hope she's doing better now!
As for the water from the shampooer, I wouldn't stress too much about it causing damage. I've had to deal with similar situations before, and while it can be a pain to clean up, a few rounds of shampooing shouldn't do any harm. Just make sure you're not leaving the area soaking wet for too long.
But hey, if you're still feeling unsure, it might be worth reaching out to water damage restoration San Diego for some expert advice. They deal with this kind of stuff all the time and could probably give you some reassurance.
