As for nobody wanting convertibles, 48% of C8 Corvettes in 2022 were convertibles...
Interesting. My dad was a dealer and he told me something similar but different. Having analyzed the data as well, he seems correct. Car values typically fall from late summer through late February. They then begin to rise in March all through July. November and December are actually a bad time to sell a car as well.

I may have a solid offer from a dealer next week if nobody buys it over the weekend...

A couple of things. So, I did see this ZL1 in my BaT listings. Recognized it from this forum.

I concur the dealer's assessment about market timing is correct. April/May is typically more safe across the US from storms, and having to ship a car in inclement weather, and it's when folks dust off their stored cars, or get real itchy to have a vehicle to enjoy for the good season ahead. That said, there is always a market for good cars, but winter is a lot quieter.

The comments section of BaT sucks. Some idiot can throw something stupid on the wall and it's up to the seller to debunk or "prove" it. Saw one just the other day on a low mile Camaro. Some boomer asked something to the effect of CAN U EXPLAIN THE TRANSMISSION REBUILD ON CARFAX?" The Carfax stated it had a transmission flush, nothing abnormal given the age of the vehicle, and certainly not a rebuild. It's crap like that. IMO, there shouldn't be comments. Too many illegitimate non-buyers asking stupid questions or inadvertently creating doubt.

I think I mentioned before, cars and bids may be a good forum for listing the car as it caters to modern enthusiast cars. Free to list.

TTT! I missed the suggestion about Cars And Bids.

Yeah, somebody slammed me in the comments - and they got it wrong, said I was "proudly stating BaT would get no more of my business," when actually, I said that I realized BaT may ban me for pulling my car out of the auction. (And that's what happened, and now jerks make comments, and BaT restricts me from responding, so BaT homers just take free shots at me.)
