If I was to pic a Paint, do I need a special high temp paint and clear?

Would the Black OEM ZL1 look bad I'v not seen them in person.

I used actual blue caliper paint then caliper paint in clear.

I'd like something to spray on even if I have to mix and use a spray gun, i think i'd get a better result then the brush systems I'v seen. I am trying to stay away from powder coating.

Colors are really hard as different people have different tastes. Some love one color, some hate it. Just remember one thing. Its your car & in the end do what you want.

Think it’s basically a gray/charcoal color. Unless you looking for the actual name/number, of which I have no clue.

I used the G2 caliper paint kit twice ( I changed colors ) and both times I thought it was great. I highly recommend the G2 kit if you dont want to pay for powdercoat. My calipers still look as clean and bright red as the day I did them 4 years ago

Yup! Yellow would be subtle, but noticeable, and not stand out like red or green would which would look cheap.

I've seen some dark colored cars with gold painted calipers and I thought that looked sharp. If debating on yellow maybe gold is another option for you. If I was going to repaint my black brembo calipers.. I might go for gold this time to make them pop.

I went with red calipers on mine since red is the only other color I have on/in my car besides black and gray. It matches my SS badges, floor mat lettering, and valve covers...well technically I also have silver in the interior on the dash, console, and door trim.

I did it a while ago, but I did it to match the SS badges mainly.
