ZL1 1LE on Top Gear

Just came across my FB page, upcoming show with the new Ferrari 812 Superfast and the ZL1 1LE. Picture shows Rory Reid standing next to a white ZL1 1LE. Should be a Chris Harris review as he already owns a 5th gen Z/28. Should be good either way.

I saw that in the season previews. Top Gear UK has been very entertaining this season. DVR is set.

Not a bad little segment, cool seeing the car on international TV. I'm really digging this new Top Gear with Matt and Chris. Frankly, I prefer it to The Grand Tour.

It was a good episode,
Interesting, they made a big deal of how great the ZL1 1LE was, and that you couldn’t get it in Europe, kinda dangled the carrot ��

Top Gear USA needs to die already. Top Gear UK and Drive should keep living.

Agreed. Much better than Grand Tour and Top Gear US.

Segment was OK, too bad there was no lap around the test track and Harris didn't drive it. They talked a little bit more about it on Extra Gear.

If you had the choice between driving a P1 and a 720s or a zl1 1le on a track at full speed without having to pay for them what choice would you make. I would make the same one Chris made and I have a zl1 1le on order. The one fellow in Extra Gear turned his nose up to the zl1 1le. He didn't like how hard it was to try to drive the car at 10/10ths even though he admitted he never drove one. For me I would prefer the car thats hard to drive at 10/10ths over the one thats not as it challenges the driver. If your not sliding your not trying hard enough. I went to an autoX event years ago with a 2000 camaro ss and I had koni double adjustable shocks and a ton of suspension upgrades done including springs control arms torque arm pan hard bar and welded sub frame connectors and I kicked the snot out of a guy with a brand new viper GTS that was parked next to me and turned his nose up to me even though I praised his car, He was 45-50 yrs old and I was maybe 25-27 at the time it was great.

If any one know the vin to that ZL1LE, post it there has to be some damage to the under side of that car, LOL 100yd of off road driving cant be good for the car.
