Straight pipes and CAI bad setup?

2015 SS and I've been straight piped for almost a year and had a CAI on for a few months and I've heard people tell me it's a bad set up with a NA V8 but I've had no issues whatsoever I've actually gained a few hp from the intake obviously and my MPG went up. What's your guys' input?

Thanks

Bad how? for the environment? Maybe a bit more. For power and badassness where women drop their panties. Nope!

By straight pipe, do you mean a muffler delete? There is nothing wrong with that.

I was assuming cat delete. I guess it could be muffler too...

No Cats and straight pipe could be a little over the top. I think a Cold Air Intake and muffler delete sounds excellent. Don't see how that could be bad for anything..... All personal preference, I suppose.

All the best,
