Oil cooler adapter

Has anyone used one of these to fabricate an oil cooler kit for the lfx?

I think that's just them saying it shouldn't affect anything. I really don't see any other way for us LFX guys to cool our engine oil? Only other thing I've found is using the OEM oil filter housing from an ATS with the oil cooler installed.

That's why I got the ACS TL1 hood insert. I epoxy'd bolts into the holes in my hood so I can remove the water deflector in a matter of seconds. Even with the water deflector on, it still made a big difference. Alternative would be a 14-15 SS hood insert.
