I am more interested in what's happening under the hood for the 5th gen. If its just exterior changes then I will be disappointed.

I know... If i order now, I'd get it late April... If I wait and then order, I'm at late May/early June...

If I wait and like it, then I have to wait and order in the summer... damnnnitttttt LOL!

I was all excited to order it this week.

in all reality, there's always something new that's better than what was previous. if you really want the 1LE, i'd go ahead and get it. because if you wait, and get a 2014 model, you'll be upset that you didn't wait until 2015, etc etc. lol

Holy crap. lol.

I kind of a thought a mid cycle re-fresh was in order and a good idea and there was a discussion about it the 6th gen section a while back (not that it was coming, but that it may be a good idea if it did)!

But damn this still caught me by surprise. Super excited!

why would any current 5th gen owner be "excited" about the exterior changing??? Unless you are thinking of trading in yours for a 2014 and losing all your mod money, this just means you now have an outdated model. Terrible news.

Lol nothing personal, but it seems you like to play debby downer on a lot of these kinds of threads. I guess you just don't get it.

Why can't we be excited? It is changes to a car we really love. Change is normal, we expect it. We are hopefull for positive new things coming for our beloved Camaro. What is wrong with that?

The real question is, why wouldn't you at least be a little excited...or curious???

I still think it will just be things that are easy to change, like front and rear Fascias, grills, graphics packages, maybe even new spoilers and ground effects. But anything to do with the sheet metal will more than likely stay the same. There may even be some interior refinements, like new door panels, seat materials and even instrument panel coverings.

The way I grew up the front was the grille or the front clip. The front clip has fenders, some folks call the fenders front quarter panels, (that's annoying). I grew up being taught the QP's are behind the rear wheels, and the fascia was in the back. I'm wrong then, I stand corrected.

Meh, the point of the post I was trying to make was his sales person was stupid for saying the '14 Silverado was getting a new fascia. It's not a redesign, it's a whole new truck.

When would the 2014 Camaros actually be available for order?
