I highly doubt you'll see as many ZL1 front end conversions as we did with the 5th gen. It will be a lot more expensive with the fenders being wider too.

After owning two Camaros (2010 2SS / 2013 2SS 1LE), my wife gave me "permission" to buy a C7 Vette (2LT Convertible Z51). I was (and still am) super excited about the prospect of a Vette but now I am thinking about the new ZL1 instead. My only reservation is that I really want a convertible. High class problem but I am now so torn. Hoping to hear about a vert ZL1 soon. I think 640HP is way better than 460HP

Unfortunately, they are too busy staring at their phones to know what's going on around them. Which is why Millennials.....to me, have the most opportunity to achieve greatness in the history of man kind, yet they are the laziest bunch of chodes in the history of our country.

See? Crazy dilemma we have. I never thought I'd yearn for a Camaro over a beautiful C7 but this ZL1 is just insane. I'm not a vert fan so I don't quite share your problems ha but still, pretty tough decision. I really didn't want to like this car as much as I do since I thought I was set on a Vette. Awesome to have these choices though.

Have a friend who works at Chevy and he told me the ZL1 is gonna be 89k. Really wanted one but if thats the case I'll probably just stick with the SS haha.

I won't be a buyer at that price. I highly doubt that many even in GM know yet were the price point will be. It's not a 40k improvement over the 2SS or even my Curreny ZL1 in my opinion.
