First dent. I'm still pissed too

Well had my car a year. I always park away from everyone. At the pool hall where I play some jerks door found my door. I'm so ill about it. I have been so careful with my Car.

That sucks, but the finish doesn't look too bad. Seems like there is a slight dimple on the door crease? Hard to tell from this pic, but if you can get the yellow cleaned off the finish, it might not end up being barely noticeable.

Still sucks, though.

All you can do is, suck it up and call a PDR guy to fix it and move on ...

There is a slight crease. I'm going to work on it today and see if I can get the paint off. Just bugs me that I have been so careful and someone still manages to find my car when half the parking lot is empty.

Shit you not I just pulled a dent out like this on the lip of my rear quarter panel. Heat gun and upside down compressed air twice and then hit it with the buffer it will look like it never happened.

I just watched a YouTube Video of that exact procedure. I'm going to give it try. :-)

I wouldn't use a hair dryer as they don't get hot enough.

Get a PDR guy to handle that. My 2014 SS had a dent in that exact same place on the passenger door when I bought it. The dealer had a PDR guy come out and he removed the dent without taking the door panel off. He went in through the window molding. Absolutely no trace of the dent, my car is black so believe me, you would see it if he didn't do a good job. You would be better off going to your dealer to have PDR work done. The PDR guys mostly do dealer work and stay busy all the time. I've had several cars fixed by them and never had an issue. I suspect you are looking at about $75.00 to $120.00 for that dent. All depends on the difficulty and how long it takes him. Hopefully you don't have paint damage too. My car had a white spot that they buffed out and didn't leave a trace.

Find a PDR and get it done professionally you won't regret it. I used to shrug them off until I tried them. I had a dent like yours and was sickened by it. Took it to a PDR and the car looks perfect and I am a picky son of a bitch. I now swear by them. Well worth the money.
