What a week!!! (In a good way)

What a week.

Started on Wednesday. Packed up the 2012 45th RS and started off for the cross border trek to Lansing Michigan. We live near Hamilton Ontario Canada, so it is about a 4 hour drive (if you don't want to have conversations with the OPP and Michigan State Troopers). Did some shopping along the way, arrived in Lansing in the evening.

Got up bright and early and headed to the Lansing Assembly plant. Got on the first tour. It was cool watching how they assemble the Camaros (and Cadilacs). GM had a nice display of Camaros through the years, plus there were numerous Camaros around.

Headed put mid day and made the trek to Detroit. Stayed near Joe Louis.

Got up bright and early the next day for some Camaros and Coffee. Close to 400 Camaros showed up for a "parade" from downtown Detroit to Woodward Avenue. A great display of Camaros from the ealry ones to the 50th and ZL1.

Made the trek home that evening.

Got up on Saturday and headed to the local GM dealer to trade in the 45th for a new 2017 2SS 50th.

Great end to the week. Love the new wheels.

im curious about that also,i assume the chevy cai,but if it is its just a cold air inductions unit with a gm label,which means its a 2hp gain lol

The dealer gave me $20,000 CDN, it had 69,000 km (42,000 miles).

AWESOME pics! Thanks for sharing! My 2017 was supposed to be in last week, and I was REALLY hoping for delivery, so I could have headed over to the Woodward Dream Cruise. Talked to my Dealer yesterday, and it looks like it will be here Tuesday or Wednesday.
