Performance wise the C7 Corvette and the ZL1 have very similar performance numbers for one being a Sports Car and the other being a Sports Coupe. I love my ZL1 and will not sell it to buy my C7 but I do look forward to having both cars. Definitely will give me the best of both worlds. The C7 Corvette will most likely be the best Corvette I have ever owned but my ZL1 is my first Camaro and that will always make her very special to me.

One thing that is hurting ZL1 prices is the fact there are so many 2013's sitting in show rooms that the dealers can't sell.

I wish that were the case in Canada. Up here there are no new 13's and haven't been for a while and most of the 14's are almost gone. Different market here as dealers don't get as many here.

I think just the opposite will happen. I think people will begin to appreciate the ZL1 more, after they see what a "well rounded" beast it is. It has comfort and sport, and delivers very well on both.

With the 2014 ZL1's coming out, you should be able to get a pretty good deal on a 2013 ZL1. Read some of the older posts for dealers who sell at good prices that might be in other parts of the country.

I agree with you. The ZL1 offers everything a Camaro owner could have ever wanted, at a price far less than the Z/28. It got all screwed up when the market collapsed and GM went through restructuring with the bailout deal, the HP recipe got all mixed up, but we will take whats offered no doubt!
