New Street wheels and tires for ZL1 1LE W/pics

So I am one of the Crazies that will track and daily my ZL1 1LE. (on the nice days) so I knew going in to this I would require a second set of wheels and tires for the street. I'm not a bling guy I don't spend big bucks on wheels that I will be driving on the street so I was looking for "cheap" options.
Haters don't Hate... Yes I put cheap wheels on my ZL1. My wife also drives it and if a wheel gets curbed bent or cracked I want to be able to just replace it and move on.

So if your looking for a cheap good looking set up for the street here it is...

The Wheels
https://www.nlmotoring.com/XXR-530-W...f-10%2E75=1694

The Tires
https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires...omCompare1=yes

Wheels XXR 530 19 x 10.75 +35 offset Rear and +15 Front.
325/30R19 on all four corners. The Firestone's give very good wet/cold traction and solid hot/dry traction.

I had this set up on my 13 ZL1 and the fronts poked out a bit. But on the New ZL1 with the wider fenders they fit perfect. I will say the tires come extremely close to the height adjusting collar on the front strut.

If you shop deals you can find this set up for $1600-$1700

With the snow on the ground here in Ohio I haven't been able to pull it out of the garage to get better pics. I'll see what I can get for ya.

Why did you not go 305 front and 325 rear and use original tires?

Are you sure you didn't get the offset flip flopped? I would think a +15 would go on the front and a +35 on the rear

Agreed-- +35 in 10.5 wide would need a pretty big spacer on the front and a +15 on the back would have a good amount of poke..... and that is obviously not the case here. Looks really good!

I was looking to get just a little more height in the front for "street use" The original tires will be used for track use until worn, then I will switch to slicks on the OE wheels. Plus the Firestones run slightly narrower than the Goodyears that came on the car. (as if its a 315) and i like the look of a nice FAT tire on all 4 corners.

Firestone specs
325/30R19
101W SL
340 A A 1,819 lbs. 51 psi 10/32" 33 lbs. 11.4"TW 26.7"OD

Goodyear Specs
325/30ZR19
(101Y) SL
100 AA A 1,819 lbs. 51 psi 5/32" 31 lbs. 12.5"TW 26.7"OD

Goodyear Specs
305/30ZR19
(98Y) SL
100 AA A 1,653 lbs. 51 psi 5/32" 29 lbs. 11.8"TW 26.3"OD

According to the spec the firestone 325 is actually narrower then the Goodyear 305. However side by side the look the same. This is why I went 325 all around. Plus it raised the front about a 1/4 inch to help with Inclines . Don't get me wrong I cant wait to get the OE wheels with the Sticky Goodyears on track to see what they can do but unless its 90 degrees and your on a perfect road you will never explore what the Goodyear is made of on the street. It is a Track Tire designed for track use. Why would you want to waist it driving it on the street?
