Thanks guys.
I have ordered my 17" drag pack, new MT R's, JBA headers, and an underdrive pulley. I will have them on the car for next year and see where it goes.

Thread bump and a New Season.
Over the winter my 17" drag pack finally showed up, it only took 9 weeks for a set of Forgestars in gloss black !!! Thank goodness I wasn't in a rush. I also installed a set of JBA coated 1 7/8 headers and deleted the cats, connected to the stock NPP mufflers. Their is a local charity event called Keep It off the Street and Keep It on the Track, it's a True Street event...30 mile cruise and then right to the staging lanes, you cant open the hood or trunk, work on your car in any way except to adjust tire pressure. Anything more than that and you are DQ'd. I had my wheels and the headers on but not tuned yet, I ran the same tune from last season entered in the 11.0 index on a pro tree. I just had the itch to race and have some fun. Full interior and half tank of gas, prep was a hot mess and hardly anyone was hooking..it was cooold too. I had a blast and made some new friends, I was happy with the 11.09 too considering. Fast forward 2 weeks. I dropped my car off to EFX Tuning. Local to me in NJ, they were installing my underdrive pulley and much needed dyno time. Brett (PRAY) has really helped me get to where I was but I needed the fine tuning and my novice skills on HP weren't getting it dialed in efficiently. The ethanol content in the Notheast corridor crashes in the cold winter weather, so e64 was the best we could get for now...happy with the results, I hit the track. My first pass with the car truly dialed in and I snap the coupler on the driveshaft. I had visually checked the bolts underneath before I went to the track but maybe they were loose..dunno...I can tell you I loaded the suspension a little and hit the tire hard..it Bit..lol. A tow home and a call to the parts store, GM wanted $170 for a coupler and bolts. A homie on FB sold me his used one for just a couple bucks. Fingers crossed that the driveshaft is still true.

I got my coupler and bolts yesterday, installed them and crossed my fingers that the driveshaft is still true. Went for a rip and it all seems good. Fraxum was there in his beautiful ZL1..man that thing is sexy AF...and another homie dialing in his sprayed car. He is a street racer running NT so I am tight lipped about his build. Slips below.
Atco is a funny place. I have been running there since the 90's (had one of those JiffyLube Buick's back then) and it's been very consistent over the years, the window is very small some nights. The crisp/cold air is fantastic, but it brings moisture as the sun sets...true to form, my first two passes were the best and then I was just chasing my tail. I'll take it though, on e64 and 27 degrees timing until the summer blend of ethanol arrives. I will admit I did not try and hit the tires hard tonite, it didn't break so next time I'll press it. Mods list for the Ford trolls; tune and tire only. Mods list for my bowtie fam; E85 kit Self ported IM Pray's TB Rotofab dry 3.73 diff 1 7/8 headers no cats 17" dragpack Underdrive pulley Seats removed Stock cam/heads Stock converter
