Vland headlight install help

I bought a set of primo dynamic headlights which are very similar to this... there is on plug inside housing for the headlights.. it did come with the same 2 spade to 4 pin connector. Any idea how I control the headlights ?

EDIT - nevermind there was a 2 conductor connector buried inside the light housing.

Now my next issue is that the left side and only the left side is hyper flashing when the signal is on. I have LEDs all around the rears are morimoto smoked lights so I assume those all have the proper resistors and such.

Do you mean there is an electronic shutter inside the casing that triggers it with the high beam switch?

Yes there is a shutter inside for hi- low beam

Yea that's how it runs on 1 bulb the shutter cuts out 1/2 the light.
