How much extra weight does the convrtible add to the hard top?

Maybe if its an A8, not so much with a M6.

I got something like 12.5 @ 112 mph (threw my slips away). First time ever at the track. Had a blast. Think I could do better but I didn't like all the rubber left under the rear quarters. Probably will not go back.

They have tape for that almost like carpet protector they use on new houses to walk on... I even found some roll on type I am going to try this year.... and your right that rubber goop doesn't come off easy....

Wish I knew about the tape before. How did you get that stuff off?

Nope. Only had enough time to run once and I was really disappointed with my run. Going to be getting rid of the procharger tune and getting a dyno tune if my time doesn't improve next weekend. My 60ft time was 2.07 and my 1/8 mile time was 7.9 at 93mph. That seemed really slow to me. That is what stock cars do. Of course my local track is only an 1/8 mile track

Stock vert is not going to run 93 in the 1/8, they are heavier than the coupes.
