That's what I'm hoping also.

1LE Will Rock!

The 1LE will be outstanding no matter what.

2014 will be the last year for r-compound tires, when r-compounds and street-tired cars each compete in separate stock classes. In 2015, there will only be a street class. e.g. F-street, G-street, etc., requiring rubber with a 200+ wear rating.

I've got two STX SBR Region championships in the Silver-6 running tires no wider than 255. Your 305s will be very, very nice.

I've been to some events where you ran. I kind of half ass ran a white FRS last year. The first time running it was in Portage at the high school. I believe you were there.

My first post.

After twenty years of owning/racing a couple dozen imports, I have finally found an excuse to buy a domestic and will be running a 2014 1LE in F Street.

I can't wait.

Thanks Jason. I'm stoked.

Since I almost pulled the trigger on another $$ STR build, I'm just relieved to have found something fun out of the box(and a total 180° for me).

For 2014, I want to have fun and keep it simple. Eager to see how STU plays out with the inclusion of the ground pounders though.

For F Street, 19" CCWs and ZIIs, unless Yokohama remolds the AD08R in a 200. Michelin PSS on the stock wheels for rains.

Struts/shocks? Haven't really honed in on anything yet. I think it would be a good idea to pick up a non-1LE rear bar to play with too.

I ran my bone stock SS (including stock Pirellis) in 3 autox events this past summer... all classed in F-Stock.
I define it as F for Fun as hell! I'd love to see a 1LE in one of these events someday...

Were you at the meadowlands 10/19 event this year. I was there with my 1le which was 3 days old. First autox in years as I got heavy into it about a decade ago
