It is a photoshop, done by one of the members on gminsidenews. Oddly enough, in their thread (link below) regarding bigg_gunz and his "claims" (by the way, not everyone on gminsidenews though he was legit).

The guy provided insight into the new GenV engine that was not previously known. His credibility was questioned because he would not reveal his true identity and used Big_Gunz as his LS1 Tech user name. I think GM Iniside news is the one that provided this pic. Not sure though

That looks sweet. If they made it like that it would be very nice.

As has been mentioned it's a photoshop done on GM Inside News of a Subaru/Scion/Toyota BRZ/FRS/86 with a ZL1 nose, wheels. If you follow oklapike's link you'll see several more “shops”.
The idea in the thread was what the 6th Gen might look like if it was substantially smaller like the BRZ with some Camaro styling bits from 2nd and 5th Generations. This stems from the idea that GM has floated a few years back with the Code 130R concept that could compete in this small RWD market. Some have said that this is where the base model Camaro should be competing and GM could save time and money by just developing the 6th Gen Camaro to broaden the Pony Car segment instead of having 2 cars.

If memory serves correctly, Big_Gunnz (or however his username was spelled) was the guy who was giving quite a bit of insight into the programming/architecture of the new direct injection PCMs which are going to be "uncrackable."
