I was quoted 2 hours labor to install the intake so looks like I'll be doing the install and taking it to a dealer to do the tune. Good grief

They should always look at the SI document as well since it doesn't sound like they were too fimilar in the first place, let me know if I need to call and talk to the service manager. Shoot me a PM if that's the case

For performance, it wasn't a huge performance increase as expected BUT it partially removed the dead spot in the lower RPM's which makes me love the intake. The car drives better overall now with the intake and tune. Next up is the throttle body to further improve that.

Has anyone had the chance to look at the GM "tune" for this intake? Wondering if anything else was changed other than re-scaling the MAF.
