Aren't these the same people that made the gold "ZL1"?

I think it LOOKS great, but plastidip is like glitter... good luck getting it all off.
Matte vinyl would have my complete approval.

Would love to see the Ferrari.

Forget the Haters!
That thing is just mad Evil, would paint the Calipers Gloss Black.
Its also great because it preserves the original paint, thats awesome for a Expensive Car like the ZL1.
In the End its his car and he paid for it, he could have cut it in half for all I care.
Whatever someone choose to do to Their Car, it will not affect me.

Exactly...I said this same thing yesterday (^^)! He did it to protect the paint when he road races.

Looks good, the concept of this stuff and what you can do with it for relatively cheap is pretty cool. Awesome for blacking out some wheels!

I wouldnt even tell people my car is plastidipped and see how many people can REALLY tell the difference. As someone who has used this quite a bit (not just on my car) Id say this stuff is awsome for the price. Not everyone has $$$$ to spend on a paintjob or a wrap. Is it a permanent solution? Probably not, but it does serve a purpose. To each his own.

It protects the paint, PERIOD. Whatever comes at the car when road racing, the car's paint is protected. Bugs, stones, dirt, bird sh*t, cigarette butts, used chewing gum, sweaty gym socks...it doesn't matter, the paint is safe. He didn't do it for a fashion statement. It serves a purpose.

Also, if you're planning on speeding through a state that uses laser speed traps, it could pay for itself. Matte black = minimal laser return.
