I have never had a problem calling them. In fact when it came for renewal they were pretty helpful. Hope you luck improves.

Past two summers took advantage of the 6 months for $25 plus fees and set a calendar reminder 5.5 months out to cancel before auto-renewal. Both times was able to get to customer service and cancel without issue. Be sure to tell them to let it expire at the expy date otherwise they'll turn it off immediately and you will not get any credit back for unused days...
