Hi all,
I received this email today and thought it would be nice if one day in the near future, possibly a Saturday or Sunday our club could plan a volunteer day. What do you think?

Volunteering in Van

The people in Van are still in need of volunteers to help clean up. Volunteers are welcome all this week. You should check in at the Masonic Lodge on South Maple Street.

Rev. Max (Rev max is the reverend at my church in Tyler) visited Van earlier this week. He states the devastation is heart wrenching. We want to support Van any way that we can. If you can go, please find time to volunteer.
Also, children’s books and craft supplies are needed to resupply the Elementary school. There is a list of needed supplies on the Bookstore counter (many of those supplies, teachers provide out of their own pockets.)

I think that this would be a good idea!!

My schedule is super jacked up right now. I won't see any type of normality until after next weekend.

I would love to but I will be in Henderson finishing up cleaning the mess with the trees at my in-laws from the tornado that went through Henderson Monday.
