I read that wrong I thought he said dealer. My fault on that, and I don't know any reputable detailers here in AZ.

Yeah my whole car looks like that thanks to my dealer. Been slowly correcting it with a PC and hours upon hours of my life.

I don't have any advice on the scratch unfortunately.

I use Thorobred Chevy, although I don't let anyone detail my car except myself, I haven't had any problems with them with anything else. I believe they are the sponsored dealership for the AZ All Gens Camaro Club.

+1 I was in there for my fender bender and their showroom ZL1 is upkept to the max. They are by far the most caring with my car while serviced there. Scott is an awesome dude in the body shop and took care of me - in an orderly manner. He is very friendly also. OP post some more detailed pictures please. I bought my car from Chapman - I will not let them EVER wash my car. EVER. Me, Myself, and I wash my car.
