I've never shot the CZ model, but own a EAA Witness small frame in 9mm and large frame in 10mm... love them both.

Being a steelie, their 'pants puller downers' when loaded, but what a pleasure to shoot.
They both have the polygonal rifling, accuracy and dependability is great!

I wouldn't be afraid to buy another CZ clone of pretty much any brand, but you may try Buds Guns or Gunbroker for the real deal.

That Selway reman 9mm @ 154. per 1,000 is CHEAP! Have you tried it?

The EAA's are basically CZ's , like a Springfield is to a Colt 1911. A buddy has the 10mm and it's a hammer. He carries it out here when in Grizzly country.

Have NOT tried any of the Selway remanufactured. As I load my own. But they are standup guys, not simply selling ANYTHING to make a profit. So it must be decent or they wouldn't be selling it.

They do a pallet sale each summer. THAT is THE TIME to buy Your bulk ammo. Great prices....cash & carry. Tough commute for You though.

Found a few CZ's in Missoula 140 miles west of me. Headed over tomorrow to have a look. They ARE tough to find. Even online, many list them but don't have them.

10mm is my new favorite round, (in the last few years anyway), only problem, it throws brass over 20 feet, hard to keep track of it

10MM is the best MM. I CCW a G29.

I bought several thousand pieces of starline 10mm brass from a guy who got tired of losing brass at shoots so he switched to 40. One of my wants is either a 10MM carbine or an MP5 in 10MM.

That would be a great bug out set!

Any issues storing powder with primers? It's in a flammable storage cabinet, probably ideal for powder.

Soooo many bullets! I'm afraid that cabinet is going to go thru the floor!

Mine are stored on open shelves.

Most of the recommendations I've seen are for wooden containers because metal becomes shrapnel in the event of an explosion.

I'm working a gun show this weekend for my friend who sells reloading components and pays me in components. I don't really need anything as I've been working for him for 5 years. 5 years x 7 shows a year x paid in components each time = no one in my family for a generation or two will ever have to pay for ammunition.

These cabinets are vented but I may just put the powder on top of the cab.

Years back the local FBI Agents used to use my home range for their annual Qual's. They carried the 10mm MP-5's and they are WAY ahead of the nines for power. Shoot a steel plate at 50 yds. The 9's go..... tink. The tens go WHACK! Big difference.

I used to love getting trigger time with the MP-5's. Wish I could afford one...Or better yet...would have bought one thirty years back before they went crazy.

The ten mm version is certainly a huge step up in power.

Nice set up Twisty.......that's what I do, primers on top shelves, powder and boolits below.

I do remember somthing about keeping more that 10,000 primers in a single family residence here in Arizona, not sure if it is the same elsewhere.

It's one of my 9's....love it, but it's definitely one of those guns you need to shoot regularly if you're gonna carry it, the SA /DA is not for everyone, very accurate and shoots nice, mine is the compact,
my 9's

Prices in general are so low that reloading right now is more expensive for sure. Instead of the loading equipment I was planning on buying I invested in 5.56, 7.62x39 and 51, 30-06 and .300 winchester mag. Right now you can buy .300 winchester mag for $.80 a round maybe just me but that is super cheap right now. All target ammo I stocked up on. Although Hornady seems to be making their hunting rounds less expensive too. Ca not really beat .300 win mag for $1 round. Although .338 lapua is still $2.50-3 round. I only look at brass non corrosive as well.

yep, stocked up big time the last couple weeks, the rebates are going on purchases until the end of the month!!

My son is going to end up with some of it, I'll make sure he takes enough to get the pieces down to 10k.. thanks for the heads-up.
